400 ml quark cheese (kohupiimakreem)

400 ml whipping cream 

3 tbsp sugar

400 ml strawberry freezer jam

2 bananas

150 g blueberries

1.       Take the strawberry jam out of the freezer and let it thaw.

2.       Cut the sponge cake base into 3 layers.

3.       Place one layer on a cake plate. Cover it with strawberry jam. Slice the bananas and put them on top of the jam. Then place the second layer on top of the first one and cover it with jam and banana slices. Finally place the third layer on top and cover it with strawberry jam. Let it set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

4.       Pour whipped cream into a mixer or a large bowl. Add sugar and whip until thick. Then add quark cheese and mix gently.

5.       Cover the cake and the sides with the cream. Then decorate the cake with blueberries.

2 egg whites

40g sugar

1 tsp white wine vinegar

1 tsp cornflour

1 tsp vanilla

For the filling:

200ml cream cheese

200ml whipped cream

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp lemon curd

Whisk the meringue ingredients with hand mixer and bake 30 min. 

Whisk cream cheese and whipped cream and sugar. 

Fill the meringues with lemon curd and cream.

On top put some berries.
