Although their are superatural elements in MacBeth (the three witches, a ghost etc) this play could still be considered naturalistic as it is argued that these elements all take place in MacBeth;s mind due to the external forces.

The plot is secondary & the focus is on the interior lives of characters. Channel 4's Gogglebox could be considered as realism due to the focus of the program being on the opinions & thoughts of characters & they are in real setting & situation.
