This is due to the fact that the thermal imager was used on the outsideof the house; which is blatantly exposed to the public. The imager also did not violate the 4th amendment due to the fact that the imager did not reveal specifics of the inside of the home. When the police did end up searching the house, they did so fully legally, with a warrant. </div>]]></description>
