This is very visually interesting and I think administration would actually take the time to look at it. It would be very effective to bring to a evaluation with admin. 

Examples from the report that would point to being for admin:
Collaboration component. The statistics and the looking forward section. While we agreed that these could be for staff and admin, it really seems to be promoting the importance of the library and discussing future plans.
