Grogu's asynchronous development poses challenges. To help him find purpose I might offer an interest inventory to find out his interests or have a one-on-one discussion with him. Once we identify an area he is interested in, we could look at his schedule and try to work in some classes. I would also encourage him to join some extracurricular clubs with like-minded peers.

Tigger's psychomotor excitability poses challenges in the classroom. I would encourage him find ways to take breaks throughout the day for movement. I would also discuss careers for him that might involve working with his hands and aren't necessarily sedentary jobs.

Both of these characters from the show Shrinking are seeking a stable sense of identity through big life changes. I would use the G+P+V=C to help with this journey. They are both therapists themselves so it might be a bit tricky :)

Moana is hyper-fixated on exploring her world, so much so that she can't focus on the task at hand. She does not feel that she fits in with others. I would encourage her to consider the pros and cons of her decision to leave. I would also work with her to embrace a growth mindset to prepare her for the challenges she will face once she is on her own.

Missy Cooper is Sheldon’s sister. She doesn’t see her EQ as equally valuable as Sheldon’s IQ. I would want her to own her own gifts and help her realize her place in the world is just as important as Sheldon’s.

We would spend time focusing on circle of control versus circle of influence and surrendering to feeling all of the feelings. Then continuing to see the benefits of each emotion as they bring something different to the whole self.

Belle's intellectual OE has her reading everywhere she goes and people often find her strange. She seeks to explore the world and has questions about what else could be out there. I would help Belle narrow down her focus on what she is most interested in exploring that aligns with what her passions and gifts are. We would then start to explore colleges that have majors in her area of study that are close to home, because she does not want to leave her father, so that she can spread her wings but still see her father on a regular basis.
