 1. I have to practice educational leadership of the school, also, I have to participate in the development of curricula and improve the schools by      the Department of Education projects.
 2. I have to implement the statement and the mission of the school in line with the national vision and goals of education, according to documents contained in the various ministry.
 3. I have to make sure that the policies that have been chosen to achieve the objectives in line with the laws and regulations and directives of modern educational.
 Second, curriculum and teaching:
 1. I have to be fully aware of national standards for education and work continuously on the rehabilitation of the school to be applied.
 2. I have to assist in developing, evaluation, reviewing and improving curriculum.
 3. I have to keep on and continuously following up with any changes or improvements in the curriculum and teaching methods and management.
 4. I should Plan and organize the implementation of all activities at school.
 Third, student’s affairs and school discipline:
 1- I should develop the reception and awareness program for new students, and integrate them into the school community.
2- I should take the right decisions in the discipline problems of students, and apply the law when it necessary and contact Parents.
3- I have to be a link between Health institution and correctional institution when it is necessary.
 Fourth, personnel affairs:
 1- I should explain and clarify all of the Ministry's policies to the employees, and convey the concerns, problems and needs that may affect their school work to the administrators in the ministry.
2- I have to supervise the employees and evaluate their performance on a regular basis depending on the system used.
3. I should provide recommendations regarding the selection, transfer or dismissal of teachers.
 4- I should take responsibility for the good reception for the new teachers. Teach substitute teachers  who have been deployed to the school.
