         <title>Physical Health</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I did okay in this section because I got fairly high scores, but a lot of things could still be improved. For instance, I do not eat much fiber and I do not eat enough fruits and vegetables a day. I most likely eat about half the recommended amount, so I will start eating more fiber filled things and more fruits and vegetables. I work out 3-5 times a week for about an hour each time, but I do not track my steps or how many calories I burn, so I will start doing that. <br><br><strong>Goal:</strong> <br>Eat at least three cups of fruits and vegetables everyday for the next 30 days.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I scored very well in this due to my determination and the fact that I set goals for myself on what I want and need to accomplish. Although I am these things, I am also a procrastinator and I do not regularly practice mental fitness. I also have a very strong relationship with my friends and family, but I could spend more time with my family.<br><br><strong>Goal:</strong><br>I will write in my journal every night for 15 minutes for 30 days, and I will write about my overall health and a reflection of my day. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I scored the highest in this because I am very emotionally, mentally, and physically healthy. I am because I have a good self esteem, I am very self driven, and I enjoy working out and eating good foods. I am also straight forward most of the time and I know how to reason with others. I can see when someone is upset or in a good mood and I can talk to them accordingly. I also like to learn visually, and I realize that and apply it to my everyday school life. <br><br><strong>Goal:<br></strong>I will write out my whole plan for the day every morning in a planner for the next six weeks.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I scored very well in this area because I know my purpose and because I know my meeting in life. I practice doing these things in a youth group with some of my friends. I also can tell right from wrong because my parents raised me very well, but I could work on being more considerate of others by thinking before I speak. I volunteer regularly through my church and harvesters. I could do it more though, because I enjoy giving back. <br><br><strong>Goal:</strong><br>I will volunteer at Harvesters at least once a month on the first Monday of the month for the rest of the year.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I do believe in equality and I support all different races, genders, and different sexuality's. I am very aware and educated about all of these subjects. I also know that social media is not real life and I know how to control my time on it. I am also very smart with social media, but I could spend less time on it because that is what I normally do when I get bored. Overall, I am very supportive of people, but I could be better about spending so much time on social media.<br><br><strong>Goal:<br></strong>I will limit myself to only one hour a day of all social media for the next month.</div>]]></description>
