         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Lessons should be designed for <strong>engagement</strong> (i.e. topics people WANT to study about, that are age appropriate, that provide a creative outlet for students, delivered in a way that is in line with the spirit of Edukita, etc)</li><li>Lessons should be designed with a <strong>4-class sequence</strong> in mind (1x/week for a month). You'll see historically that class 1 is a brainstorming/introduction to the topic section. Class 2 is outlining/drafting. Class 3 is writing. Class 4 is editing/revision.&nbsp;</li><li>Lessons should be designed with our<strong> leveling goals</strong> in mind (i.e. if I do this for 12 months, I will become sufficiently fluent)&nbsp;</li><li>Lessons should be <strong>modular</strong> (a four class sequence does not need to depend on prior knowledge, though it certainly might/would help)&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
