My biggest ELSS learning problem is writing. The IELTS score I entered was not very satisfactory, which is a problem that needs to be resolved at an early date. I am very distressed when writing some assignments that need to be displayed or uploaded, especially when writing longer sentences and academic assignments, I find it very difficult and will spend a long time on this. Since I need to look up some words and grammar, I want to improve these as quickly as possible.

 

When I wrote the EE thesis, I encountered a lot of difficulties. Sometimes, some of the sentences I wanted to express could not be written smoothly, and sometimes I was not satisfied. Problems often arise in vocabulary and grammar. I think it will be useful for me to memorize academic vocabulary, as well as the use of grammar. I have a plan to memorize words every day. I have to memorize 50 words every day after waking up and before going to bed and review the previous words. As for the grammar joint, I write a diary every day, and then use gammerly software to make a correction Hope this can help me a lot.

 

After writing this paper on globalization, I found that writing and reading are linked. If you want to write a good article, learning how to read the literature is also very important. I will find my own shortcomings and defects in the reading process. At the same time, you can also find things that others can learn from articles. Because of the lack of vocabulary, I will encounter a lot of difficulties when reading the literature, and I will read very slowly, but I think that as long as you read more and practice more, you will definitely get better at reading.

 

From the beginning, I decided the topics, including sorting out ideas and doing some related assignments, such as mind maps. I think these can help me a lot. I also plan to use this method in future thesis writing. When sorting out these ideas, it is important to think about the direction of writing and the setting of topics.

 

This semester is coming to an end. Although I can't say that I have made a qualitative leap in writing, there are still some things that need improvement. I hope I can also use my free time to increase my vocabulary during the holidays, to prepare more for next year's study, and to see some different types of papers or reading. It does not necessarily require you to fully understand it, but to cultivate yourself to adapt. In the process, encountering a thesis or homework can speed up your speed and no longer fear.
