What I love most about my job now is that the curriculum has just changed and Hungarian students will, as of this school year, learn Romanian as non-native. I am a Language, Literature and History teacher in Greece. I hold a degree in Philology from the Department of Philology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I received my MA degree in Modern Greek Philology from the Postgraduate Program of the Department of Philology of AUTH. I have been a permanent teacher at state schools in Greece since 2006. I currently teach in Gymnasio Adendrou (6^th-9^thgrades). I am extremely interested in the use of ICT in education. I have collaborated as a researcher with the “Centre for the Greek Language” on several projects. I was a member of the work group on the curriculum of Literary Education, formed by the Greek Institute of Educational Policy in order to produce relevant educational material. I have run several eTwinning projects and was a member of the Europeana Teacher User Group (DSI-4 project), creating and implementing learning scenarios with the use of Europeana resources. I like being an IT teacher because the possibilities for development and exploration of the subjects are wide.
