If it made it through the committee discussion then it goes to committee vote if ti made it past the committee vote then it goes to the full house discussion then to the full house vote. if it has made it through this whole process then it goes to the second house to do the process all over again and can be left to die at any point in time. If it makes it past both of the houses then it is taken to the president and it can either be vetoed or signed.
