Although it is convenient to have fast food, people have to focus on improve living standard. The balance between nutrition and heat is really vital for every people. Therefore, the vegetables, fruit and other low-calories food are necessary for those people who are overweight or have illness. There are also many people having fast food every meals, which could lead to a lot of diseases. Those people have to improve the awareness of changing the eating habits and focuson healthy diet.
