Hello, my name is Keanu Hada. I am currently majoring in Hospitality and Tourism at Kapiolani Community College. My goal is to work as a flight attendant for an airline company after I graduate with an associates degree.

As you read my resume, you will find that I currently work at Shorefyre in Waikiki since February this year. I have also worked at Olive Garden in Ala Moana shopping center as a busser. I have experience working in super busy environments, and I have no doubt that I can fully control working in a fast paced environment while providing great hospitality without getting frustrated and quitting. I am totally capable of working for an airline company as a flight attendant as I have prior knowledge of following corporate standards and regulations in a renowned company called Olive Garden. I demonstrate perseverance, ambition, and great work ethic, so don't think twice to hire me as I will be an asset to any company I work for.

The rest of my info is here to review for you. If you have any questions, please contact me at 808-451-4617 or hadak@hawaii.edu.

Ho'omau- Perseverance

I have persevered through many barriers in my life. I have trained in Taekwondo for many years since I was a kid, and I didn't quit until I attained my black belt. It took years of dedication and practice to achieve this goal and I don't regret it. This experience will be with me as I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. Another example of Ho'omau is that I had the last quarter of my junior year and most of my senior year online due to COVID-19. It was really boring as I thought that the pandemic would end soon but it dragged on months, and I was not expecting the rest of my high school to be online. It was very depressing as we could not make the memories that were supposed to be made with our friends. My senior class trip to Japan, as well as spirit week, where we would participate in games and activities as a school, were both canceled. Even though it didn't feel like I had a full senior year experience, I'm still here, and we were able to graduate in person, which was good.

Ha'aha'a- Humility

I demonstrate humility because I am a humble person. I don't brag or boast how good I am to other people, instead I keep striving to get better in life and learning. When someone compliments me, I just take the compliment, smile, and say thank you. I don't believe that you should always be bragging about yourself because it will come back to humble you. There will always be someone better than you at the end of the day.

Aloha- love

Aloha is a word that has a combination of meanings. It is a spirit in your heart that can't really be described in one word. My parents raised me with Aloha. I remember when my brother's friends and my friends came to my house, my parents would always treat them with Aloha and like family. Welcoming them into our house and offering them water or something to eat was something my parents always did when we were young. I am the same way with my friends. I have a smile on my face and talk to them like I care about them and help them if they need help. If you can treat someone with Aloha even a random person, it could change their attitude towards you and others and possible make their day.

We were given tools and split into groups to help pull weeds. I learned to have pride in everything you do.
