A type of illustrative anecdote of Hindu religious themes and spiritual ideas. the dancers usually have really good footwork and impressive gestures in the performance. the performance also usually has a singer, music and a sort of conductor that tells them when to do what for them to stay in sink. the performer's attire includes a tailor-made sari that is made of a cloth specially stitched in pleats that falls in the front from the waist and when the dancer performs the specific footwork that consists of stretching or bending her knees. The sari has traditional jewelry to go with it too like head, nose, ear and neck pieces. They have a high class blend of music, dance, mime, and staging and costuming. It has been a big part in the Japanese theatre for almost four whole centuries. The term kabuki  sparked the original thought of the unorthodox and shocking character of this art form.
