Coming up within the thumbnail sketches I feel I am most proud of because right before I started brainstorming I had no clue how my end product would look. Usually I always have an idea of the end product when doing anything art but this time around everything came out of nowhere.

How did your idea evolve from the beginning of the project to the end?
I didn't have much of an idea at the beginning. When looking at the animal I knew I wanted to do something strange or bizarre with the composition since the animal is bizarre to begin with. The thumbnail sketches is when things really went off and I had a bunch of ideas flow in after taking another look at other illustrators work.

Going forward, beyond the semester, what design skill would you like to improve or explore?
I definitely want to explore on how to improve texture in my pieces. Texture to me is one of those elements that really brings a piece of work to life as it makes the onlooker more engaged with the piece. They immediately compare the piece to the outside world when texture is involved I feel which is why I want to improve my texture skills.
