They would rule oppressively and there word was the law. They would also make irrational decisions. Russia was somewhat like a monarchy and they tried making rational decisions but kept making things worse.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There were a lot of causes of the Russian revolution and two main ones were that Russia as a whole was weak and Russia's involvement in WW1 that lead to even more devastating events. Events that lead to the Russian revolution were February Revolution ( March Revolution), October Revolution (November Revolution), Lenin's Economic Policy, and Stalin's rise to power. Of course these weren't all the causes but these were the main ones that lead to the Russian Revolution.</div>]]></description>
