         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) 평상시 집에서 쉽고 간단하게 할 수 있는 유연성과 근력을 기르는 홈트레이닝 영상을 제작하였습니다.<br>2) 목운동<br>한 손으로 자신의 한쪽면 머리를 가볍게 잡고 반대편으로 10초 동안 천천히 잡아당깁니다. 손과 머리 부분을 바꾸어 10초 동안 실시합니다.<br>3) 수건 스트레칭<br> 유연성을 위하여 양 손으로 수건을 잡고 천천히 당기고 밀어주는 스트레칭을 10초 동안 합니다. 이 때 힘으로 당기거나 밀지 않도록 주의합니다.<br>4) 의자 스트레칭<br>집에 있는 의자에 앉아 한쪽 다리를 접어서 다른 다리 위로 올리고 윗몸을 천천히 숙여서 손 끝이 바닥에 닿도록 하여 10초를 버팁니다.<br>5) 의자 근력운동<br>의자의 방석 부분을 손을 몸 뒤로 하여 잡고 다리를 쭉 편채로 팔을 굽혔다 펴는 동작을 5회씩 3번을 합니다.<br>6) 하체 근력운동(스쿼트)<br>손을 가슴앞에 팔짱을 끼듯이 모으고 상체는 펴고 천천히 앉았다 일어서는 동작을 10회씩 3번을 합니다.</div>]]></description>
