One goal I have is to interact with the students that I teach. I don't want my career to just be me talking at a group of teenagers for 40-50 minutes and then going to my seat and working on my computer. I need to be able to build relationships and have my students interested. An easy way to do this could just be by asking them how they are doing, them seeing that I am interested in them as a person.

2. I want to make sure the students in my class feel safe. This could be just them feeling safe to speak freely and express their ideas. To me this also means that I want students to feel stressed out. I thought it would be fitting since I had just got in a car accident and exams are coming up. I feel that perseverance is a strong word that can be applicable to numerous situations. Because in life there are many times where you need to or should do things that you just don't want to do. I believe as teachers we should celebrate wins of students no matter how little they may seem. This will make a difference to students in class because the more often we celebrate wins the more the students are going to want to win. I think it will make students want to give more effort.

2. I believe in giving students options, because every student learns in their own way and works differently than others. Also giving options on things like assignments can benefit students who have a difficult at home life or just students who are struggling where they might not be able to complete it on time. Overall being flexible with students can allow them to do and give their best.

3. I believe in creating a safe environment, because when students don't feel safe they won't give their best. To me, teaching is about making sure the student understands what is happening in class but it is also about connections. I chose this picture because an RV can make any place a home. I believe a classroom and the people in there can do the same. And the way to do that is through connections. Because without making special connections with the people around you none of what I have mentioned will be possible.
