         <description><![CDATA[<p>My research question is how does adequate sleep really affect our daily life? I chose this topic because I wanted to know why people are always saying sleep is so important. I chose to write a newspaper article about my topic because I thought it was an informing way to present my research. I chose to make a flier because I thought it would be an easy way to show my research while also making it professional looking. I chose to write a doctor's note as my third genre because I could show the side effects of not sleeping as well as what a doctor would actually say about it. My repetend is the negative effects of sleep deprivation. In all of my genres I talk about what not sleeping enough does to your mental and physical health. I learned the real reason why sleep is important and how good nightly sleep can completely change how you function throughout the day.</p>]]></description>
