It is a really good book and I really enjoy it. First, It provides conflict and really engrosses the reader to read more. Every chapter is balanced perfectly and Rick Riordan really uses foreshadowing techniques to give the reader a glimpse of what is going to happen next and make him/her want to continue. Secondly, The descriptions really gives the reader a mental image of exactly what's happening and it makes the reader feel as if they were the narrator.
