Why are people being rude and abusive to Women, disabled people, minorities? What do people have against these people? Are they scared of them over powering them? These groups of people are being harassed by their bosses and or other work members. They are being called names and hit. The civil rights act was supposed to fix this but people are stilling acting in this rude, horrible, bias way by abusing people of the opposite gender identity, religion and race.
