As a good leader this skill would be really helpfull, let me show what I mean. Being social means that you can find a common language with people in our case we need to convince people that our Idea is good. Being social also helps to create bonds with the team, every good team can communicate with each over and have team work. So to be a social person try showing more empathy, respect and loyalty. So to summarise every thing I talked about so far this skill makes a leader in a better leader.

1. This is important because if others don't agree with what your changing, then they will never approve the request.

2. Another way is even if they did agree, they wouldn't feel good about it and think that you are a terrible leader for making bad options.

3. We can use this skill while working on a project with other classmates. This would work because first of all, they will present the project better since they agree with what they are doing. Second of all, they would like what they are doing for the project and might be in the same team as you again next time too.

entrepreneurship is when you come up with ideas and make them a reality. it is good for thinking and it would make it good for teamwork. we use it in school and in our lessons by using critocal thinking

It is good for leading change because it helps find new solutions and encourages people to think more abstract and creatively.

Curiosity can be used in any school subject, it makes you ask questions and explore further into the subject and beyond what is taught in the lesson.

1. The will to achieve is the want to accomplish something, a goal you want to achieve.

2. This is a useful quality when you want to motivate others to make a change, when you have the motivation of others then the work is done quickly.

3. You can use this skill in any subject because you can have the will to achieve in anything
