My beach house is in a residential area in Cullera. There is a great view  of the beach and the mountains. 

On the first floor we can find that there is a big garden outside , a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a garage for four cars. Inside we find an open area where  there is a big living room, a toliet, a dining room, a kitchen with  great views of the garden, the beach and the mountains. There is also a double bedroom with a full-equipped  bathroom. 

On the second floor  there are three double bedrooms with full-equipped bathrooms, there are also  two single  bedrooms with a shared bathroom ideal for your daughters and there is one simple bedroom with a full-equipped bathroom ideal for your teenagers. All rooms on this floor have  a great view of the beach and the mountains. 

The beach house is a 5-minute walk  from the commercial area and 10-minute   from the  town and retaurants by car. This property costs 1000 euros per day.

A flat to rent ( Patricia) 

My flat is on 38, Pacific Street in the area called “El Racó”. It’s on the first floor. There are three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a big kitchen. One of the bedrooms is big and it has a bathroom, three wardrobes, a window, two bedside tables, two bedside lamps and a big bed. 

In the kitchen there is a table and chairs, so you can eat there. There is a great view from the balcony, you can see the beach. 

Next to my flat there is a garden and there is a park nearby. In front of it there are two blocks of flats; Florazar II and Racomar. The flat is a 40-minute walk from the town and only six stops by bus from the historic city centre. 

    There is a big house with three floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a big and sunny kitchen, a bathroom and one toilet. On the first floor there are  two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there's a beautiful terrace with a great view to the Natural Park. 

     The house is near  the beach, only three minutes walk.

      It's 15-minutes- walk to the  bus stop  to Valencia.
