I, Amy Brincat took the following observations they were taken on placement in the 4 -5-year-old kinder room. Outdoor in the sand area and indoors in the building corner.

The following observations were taken in the First and Second week of placement the observation have a similar theme of construction and in the sand pit as that is what I have observed the children as that is a constant activity the enjoy building, they were constantly make things.

Observation 1:
The children in the sandpit area building their “construction site” the 4 children working together using their imagination.

Observation 2:
I observed the children in the sand pit area this time the wanted to build a house but in particular they wanted to dig a hole “under the house” to fixes the pipes.

Observation 3:

This scenario was 2 children were using the wooden blocks and the connector blocks to build their own little town.

The observations of my 3 ordinary moment's:
Observation 1 summary:
Wanting to build a “construction site” the children try to explained they wanted to build, and they needed to make concrete. Using their imagination to make the concrete to stick the “bricks” (wooden blocks) together

Observation 2 summary:
To Build the house the had fix the pipes first digging the deep hole in the sand pit the children were making sure the hole was deep enough, so they were able to fix the pipes, making the pipes run along the sand pit.

Observation 3 summary:
Children wanted to create their town, each child then when into the room and pulled out all the different kinds of blocks the wooden ones, the connecting ones etc. using them to make their own areas and the ones each of the children created each of their areas they then used the different blocks and train tracks to connect the areas together.

The 3 observation had the same theme of children building and understanding the concept of building as well as they were able work together flowing through the 3 observations was creative play. They children have portrayed many skills though the observations. The children find anytime to build and create their own play with what they have around them, the children do not have many resources, so they use their imagination and skills to find a way build and make their imagination come to life.

With the information I have it made me think about the question I have for children's learning.
"What is important about the creative experiences"
When we offer resources to children they are using their creative minds and expressing them selves and it is important for children to express themselves in many ways and most times it is creatively and using their imagination

When thinking about the importance's Creative play, in needs to be fun and educational at the same time. It develops the child's knowledge and senses as they learn new skills and challenges. That is why I mention Friedrich Froebel, Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky and their theories

Friedrich Froebel:
He mentions that children are creative beings “Children need to be given choices, allowed to make errors, decisions and offered sensitive help as and when it is needed” ( Early Education p.1) children sometimes make mistakes and we need to support them and move forward from it could be the pot something in the right spot speak to the children and allow them to understand where they went wrong in these observations the children were give choice of the equipment they wanted to use allowing them to make decisions on their own to support each other.
Children' leaning is important and Froebel mentions that their learning is active, curious and they are creative learners. Children learn best through self-activity, rich first-hand experience, problem-solving, play and talk.
children are slowing learning free expression.

Jean Piaget:
His theory “Cognitive development suggests that intelligence changes as children grow.” (McLeod, Saul p.1) As children grow in many different areas. Piaget theory mentions the children develop in 4 different stages, being able to stimulate children’s environment so they are able to explore. In this observation the children are use the very limited resources and exploring what they can do with them. Just like Piaget I believe children are active learns they are learning new things every day.
Learning is done through their Cognitive development suggests that children's learning is progressing through the 4 stages Sensorimotor Stage, Preoperational Stage, Concrete Operational Stage and The Operational Stage the progress as they age.

Lev Vygotsky:
Theory on sociocultural he believes that it is important for children to create relationships and in this observation of the children the 4 children mentioned don’t often interact with each other but because they have a common idea and want to play the same thing the are creating the new relationships. “Vygotsky stated that children should be taught in the ZPD, which occurs when they can almost perform a task, but not quite on their own without assistance” (Lumen learning p.1) When children complete task they sometimes ask for help and with Vygotsky theory they do not often finish things with out help. Children ask educators for help but it often nice to see when the ask their peers to help them also. It was interesting to take a step back an observe the children in what they are doing seeing the children communicate their ideas explain to their friends how the think it should like when we give children resources, they are open to use their skills, imagination and combine ideas to create something different.
Their learning is happen as Children build knowledge through experience and this happens when children learn through social and cultural experiences, children's behaviour can change, learning by the child occurs through social interaction.

Outcome 4 Children are confident and involved learners, the children are able to play alongside others, when children are being creative the are able to express their ideas. Connecting back to the observation the children are working together with others and they are confident to develop their skills while supporting others .
Outcome 5: Children are effective communicators the children are asking mindful question verbal and nonverbal communicating with each other.

When planning for the children's learning remembering all children have different needs and induvial goals the are to hit. Children often take charge of their own learning and play. When planning effectively for children’s current and future learning is we understand what is important.

Children are current learning their fine and gross motor skills they can further that but doing similar experiences. Encouraging the children in creative plan allowing them to use their imagination for them to further develop in areas

When planning, ensuring you have appropriate materials and using the interests of the children to base my activities on the. Being open to communication from other staff and most importantly their families about their learning and progress
"What is important about the creative experiences"
Why is any creative experiences important when planning taking into account what is the important of this experiences how and wheat can I put in place next to further children's knowledge. understanding that children when I am planning I am making the learning effective and exciting for the children, when planning keep the children interest to create effective learning for the children
