This year after passing an interview I became a tutor on "MyTutor" online platform. Through this supported learning platform I can educate remotely, allowing a digital learning experience to take place. My involvement has developed an interest in helping others. As well as this, previously tutoring in mathematics during my Duke of Edinburgh award, has allowed me to use my acquired knowledge to support learning. Thus, the notion of a role surrounding and supporting digital learning is something which is holds an interest very close to my heart.

We delivered the task that was given to us to improve the Young Enterprise program in the Devon County and ultimately increase the reach of the program so that more schools could access the program. Also through Exeter Consulting I have developed digital media experience when my team members and I created social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram to increase the outreach of the Young Enterprise program in Devon to parents and young participants.

For example this summer when deadlines for exams were changed and the format was switched to online, timed exams, I adapted and completely proficiently. The time – management aspect of the job was also vital and many players and supporters relied on me for this responsibility. 
As an avid sportsman, playing competitively in rugby and football teams developed my team-working and communication skills. I received captaincy in year 12 and 13 in my football team. Taking up a large responsibility for the team’s performance I feel developed my management skills. To solve this my team came up with the solution where we used footmarks where customers must stand to stop such interaction.
