How does the government define life? How does the government define death?
The government places laws and regulations related to topics that define a person's decisions on life and death. Topics such as abortion, the death penalty, genetically modifying a baby, and euthanasia all are controversial topics that our government sets legislations on. Amendments such as the 8th and 5th, are commonly used to justify decisions governments make related to these controversial topics.

The discussion of abortion is continuously left open-ended with a lot of opinions, arguments, and questions. Abortions occur every single day. Leaving families, fathers and mothers uncertain and in pain, but what is considered wrong from right? What is moral? Is all faith in humanity questioned at the sole argument of either aborting or not aborting an unborn child? Moreover, who is granted the superior authority on deciding what is morally correct or incorrect.
