However, the only way to speak successfully is to rehearse/practice. Does this seem like a contradiction? Try this method: 
    • Start by giving your speech to yourself in the mirror several times (check your gestures and movement)
    • Next, give your speech to a friend, a family member, or a SPEAK tutor (anyone who can give you feedback)
    • Repeat this process until you can get through your speech with minimal mistakes. You will give a slightly different speech each time. That is OK!  Practice until you are as comfortable as possible.
