Globalization has created a network of exchange between most of the world that has lead to great developments. However, in an era where people expect access to goods all over the world, to be on the outside of this exchange can be destructive to an economy and that nation state. Globalization like many things can be a force for great good and advancement or it can be another way to control the weak through fear of restrictions on said globalization.
