         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that medical marijuana should be legalized by the federal government because then it can be regulated which would make it safer.  If people receive a doctors recommendation for use of marijuana it should be legal, and if it's regulated I think it should be treated similarly to alcohol.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The country already has ways to differentiate between the two. Schedule 2 and 3 drugs (cocaine, morphine, etc) are heavily restricted but are legal for medical use. Adapting marijuana into this system would be relatively straight forward.</div>]]></description>

There would be different laws that would be implemented depending on the use (medical or recreational).
