Flowers exhibition at the Satchi Gallery. All about nature and florals and how they have been representednin different ways in art and media. The main installation room had beautiful shadows on the walls and floor from the bunches of flowers.

Thursday lunchtime. 1.5 samples done. 1.5 left to be done. I am considering working on a larger scale. By projecting my images onto a white board and tracing them before stitching. This would be less fiddly and more impactful.

Made 5 large tracing using a projector. I used different colours for each position so I could tell which line was which. Working on a larger scale was effective because the size of the figures was close to actual human size so they are more impactful.

Buying chunky yarn on Walthamstow Highstreet. I bought 3 yarns each of two colours. One is light grey, one is blueish grey. They will be used to satin stitch two figures in my final outcome. Hopefully it is enough. It cost me £18. (£3 per ball)
