This can strain on some emotion for music, leaving it up for debate what some pieces can stand for and what their meaning is/was. But this is all part of the creative process of developing emotion into something; it takes time and knowledge of the artist and other factors to gain full knowledge of the situation. Some parts of music can evoke certain emotions though, as in there is a direct correlation between specific musical movements and specific emotions. Now transmission can be many things including heavy emotional output from a song. Or even having multiple meanings to a song can be an example of transmission. Songs that have answers and can clearly evoke feelings and have clear meanings are great examples.
