I know friends who joined who've experienced what it's like to be part of this community and they really couldn't be more grateful. it's so sad to see you leave, but I know you're going to achieve much greater things and do much greater things in your life! So idk what i'm trying to say but thank you and good luck! (i'm sorry idk what to say im not good with sentimental thing but truly thank you s much you've changed my life)

It felt like ages ago since our first meeting, but it's been a very great journey nonetheless! Thanks for starting this community, giving all of us here opportunities to grow and be better people--LITEing up the world get it 😏

This will be like the second time I bid farewell to you, but it doesn't mean we won't be friends anymore, right?

Anyways, looking forward to hearing more awesome news from you--your tech start up, cool innovations and many other "question the status quo" projects.

heey koko gom! thank you so much for staying patient with me, answering all of my questions, guiding me throughout my journey in LITE and for being there throughout all my gaptek moments (hehe, oops sorry).

you're one of the sPeciAL people who has the privilege of being my role model and you truly are a LITE ;)) in our world today. I'm so so grateful and blessed to have been given the opportunity to know you. I definitely wouldn't have been the person I am today without that one moment when you first proposed the idea of LITE to me. Tbh, I doubted your vision at first because they were so big and ambitious, BUT overtime, you really proved me wrong and I'm so happy you did. The countless amounts of feedback you've given me have truly changed me both as a leader and as a person. I am proud of the person I have become today and part of that credit goes to YOU. <33

I really will miss seeing you regularly in our full team meetings and having you there hands-on with our projects. HOWEVER, a new page has turned for LITE and I'm so so honored that you had enough trust to leave LITE in the hands of Caitlyn, myself and all our members. of course, I'm nervous to see how this next year will go for all of us, but I REALLYYY hope that we'll reach the standards you've set for all of us (YES, the bar is high rn HAHHAA).

ANYWAYS, I'm so excited to see where the future will take you and what other amazing initiatives you might start in the long-run. You've definitely set the bars high for me as a leader and I hope that I could AT LEAST be a lil bit closer to the type of leader you are today.

Being a new member in LITE seems scary, mainly because you're surrounded by faces and people you barely even know the names of. That being said, despite not knowing you for a decently long amount of time, I just wanted to offer my greatest gratitude and thanks to the very own founder of LITE, Marvel (you), and additionaly wishing him the best of luck towards his ongoing studies in the US.
Now I hope you realize how much LITE actually impacted me as an individual. Without you coming up with such a comprehensive plan for a program, I might not be the person I am today, and might not exactly found the help I needed to know what my dreams/strenghts/weaknesses actually are. You were such a great host to start off with too, making sure that everyone felt included, being so humble and friendly, sparking up meaningful conversations with enriching topics, as well as understanding what us beginners really needed to kickstart our journey in this coursework. It was the most productive yet fun experience I've ever had in any program I've applied to (no I'm not sugarcoating), and I cannot wait to see what else LITE has to offer in the near future.
Now these paragraphs and texts might just seem like any ordinary read-through for you, but I wanted to make sure there's something you AT LEAST get from what I'm trying to say here. You could simply just acknowledge my thanks and best wishes for your future endeavours, but as mentioned, I want you to know this one thing at minimum- your goals and dreams of shaping a generation towards success and improvement are very well achieved, and that you have truly gotten what you wanted to do in the first place (which is to change a person's life for the better). I speak this from experience, and cannot thank you enough for working on your vision and making LITE a reality. You might think of yourself as someone who had just went along with what they had in mind and didn't drastically impacted people in a large scale, but do know-
Your help might not have changed the world for everyone, but it did change the world for me.

hey marvel! thank you so much for well accepting me into batch 1 and later on to the team. you were in favor of accepting me into the program team while my own brother had doubts (which means a great deal and is kinda funny). thank you for creating this great community and giving everyone opportunities that we may have never even dreamed of. words can't express my gratitude to all that you've done but i hope this somewhat did it. :) good luck in the US, and i believe you'll still continuously bring a positive change to the world. u got this.

Hii Marvel!! To be completely honest, I've only known you for kurang lebih a month ever since the program started. My first impression of you is literally "すげえ! This dude is one SMART guy" and that's proven to be true :))

Despite being a newbie in the team, I still can see your passion for LITE and the team. I just know that you've been and are an amazing leader and friend to everyone in LITE. Thank you for all your amazing modules and tips during the program, for all moments you laughed at my jokes (hence not making it awkward :p), for your really useful tips for uni and for being patient with me and my anime addiction. I literally aspire to be as successful, smart and passionate as you are.

I think I just wanna sum it up by saying thank you for being an amazing boss, friend and senior despite us only knowing each other recently. Thank you for all your help, your feedback, your tips and just everything in general. I WISH YOU THE BEST IN ALL YOUR STUDIES, YOUR FUTURE AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS!!! STAY SAFEEE

Just know that I do believe that LITE will create a world where students are prepared to excel beyond school one day, and I believe even more that you will keep changing the world for the better.

hiii Marvell! We just met about a month ago and we don't really talk that much but I really appreciate all the work and effort you have put into LITE. deciding to apply for the summer program was honestly the best decisions ive made this year and I cant be grateful enough on how you made it possible. I was super duper excited to work with you in LITE and to get to know u better but u rlly gotta leave for uni.. but thas okay! I wish u all the best and really want you to know how what you started with LITE is really making a huge impact on peoples lives, including mine <3

heya marvel!! someone's leaving for uni, and i'd like to take a bit of time writing this message to show my thanks - joining LITE back in april was one of many firsts, and i'm thankful for you reaching out to me. it was the first time i managed to re-immerse myself into content creation, and soon enough, podcasting. with how i was brought into the team i quickly realized how 'highly' you had seen us, and the lengths we were all willing to go to continue improving. from tripling our application size in a day to consistently adding on to our community-building efforts, most of that wouldn't've been possible without you being there to lead us.

a thing isn't beautiful because it lasts, but it's a privilege to be among them. (lil mcu reference there 😎) having you here to guide the team makes me wholeheartedly say the same thing about LITE. godspeed to your time in the usa - some time in the near future, i'm sure that this organization would grow magnitudes greater than where we are now. hoping for the best!! and here's a last thank you

嗨 (read: hāi)! Thank you for creating this Raffles fan club (jk. ok, sorry). Honestly, I love the one-on-one session, (pretty sad it only happened once :( ) since you gave me a lot of advice and insights on topics I'm interested in. I think you're a very WOKE person, like...WOKE woke. One of the reasons why I joined LITE was because of your presentation in my student council's presentation, I felt some kind of GRAVITATIONAL FORCE to join LITE. These are some stuff that came in my head:
"Wow I want to be friends with this guy, if I join LITE, will I meet more people like him?"
"I would regret not joining this!"
So, I hope you can make more people experience this FORCE that I experienced and change. their. LIVES.

Hi Marvel! Time flew by so fast, it felt like just yesterday LITE hasnt had an insta account, no logo, no full team, not official yet. Butttt you made it come through! I adore your ambition in making LITE a possible organization, hearing about all the obstacles you had to go through strating at Raffles canceling your proposal, to gathing tema members, building the CRM and media partners, everything! You’e also been so friendly to all of us here, let it be the team members or bath participants, I’ve heard so many good things about your leadership. Not only that, LITE became a home to all of us here. You along with the team that you selected made the program come true and we’ve found so many new people; I can’t thank you enough for that.

At first, I thought LITE’s batch 1 feedback was just a liiitle stretched so us LITE team can feel satisfied, but after taking part in batch 2, I could really see how prepared you were for all of these events and I can truly say so many good things about LITE.

I also want to thank you for giving me a chance to work together in the team. Many of the fellow members are so supportive and intelligent, I’ve made close friends with most of them, and you structured LITE to not be too straining; hence I felt no burden in working at LITE. Aaand, the feedback that you gave and taught us to give to eachother was also very helpful.

I hope your uni life will go smoothly and that you can overcome the struggles, eventually succeed and have the best life out there! I hope your environtment and social life is healthy too, sooo leave the rest to us (and u sure made a great decision at letting cait take over) and goodluck in your studies!

Hi Marvel! Oh my gosh, wow I know we've only known each other for a short while but I guess you could say I'm actually sad you're leaving. It's been really great working under you and for the first few months of me being in LITE, I had you as a mentor. I remember the first few months of leading this podcast team I was very not confident and I didn't feel like I was capable of actually being a leader. I felt like you made the wrong choice, but you kept supporting me and believed in me, so thank you so much for having that faith in me to not be a screw up. I really enjoyed the time working with you, and you mentoring me on how to be a better leader, and I'm sad we actually won't be able to meet in person. I'm so happy for you and this big change ahead of you, and I know you'll do great out there. I know most of our relationship was based off of LITE, but I hope we'll still talk too! All the best once again and I'll miss you! :D

Hiya Marvel! Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this AMAZING community. LITE has given me more opportunities than I ever thought it would, and I am sincerely grateful for each and every one of them. Not only did you allow me to be a part of batch 1, but you have also given me the opportunity to be a part of the team. Because of all this, I had the privilege to meet so many great people, and learn from their experiences;). I am beyond thankful for the advice and guidance you have given me and I hope for many more to come.

I think it’s safe to say that you have successfully created the platform and community for us like-minded people to bond and learn as much from each other. You have changed the lives of so many people, and WE are eternally grateful for that. This was without a doubt, the best decision I made this year.

There is no other community that I’d be more proud to be a part of other than this one, and I am once again truly truly truly grateful for that.

first, I'd like to begin with making one complaint, just one. why'd u have to leave when I recently joined lite pfft :((. okay, now that's out of the way.. If I haven't said this enough, I'll say it again, truly I want to say a huge thank you for all your hardwork in creating such an organization and also for simply making my time at LITE the best it has been so far. Without you losing quickly in our jackbox game night or your words of wisdom in the discussions, it would definitely not have been the same. It's funny how life is, that after 8 years, we meet again ahaha and I'm no longer a whiny child ☠️ and you are no longer playing with budder warrior and nerfguns. now comes the cheesy part... well, I guess since you're leaving, this should be a perfect time to say how like big of a role model you are to me. Your determination in joining and founding startups, getting into a great school waw, your charisma in making everyone in the group involved at all times in the meetings and all around your chill + outgoing personality 🤩🤩 please don't forget abt us mirarians (okay I know this name sucks but my creative juice ain't flowing and u get it right like mirare people

I remember waking up that day and checking my phone, only to see that i've received an instagram dm and follow request from some guy i only have one mutual friend with, asking if I would be interested in joining a program i totally had no knowledge of till that second. After checking the ig account he referred me to, i was intrigued, but at the same time doubtful. I honestly did not know what this whole thing was about, but after giving it some thought, i decided to give it a try anyway, despite whatever outcome that might happen. And you know what? I thank the gods every day that i made that decision (jk i don't do that but still u get the point)

I just really want you to understand the significance of that moment, because to you, it might seem like any other outreach, but to me, that message introduced me to a whole other world.

Funny thing is that because I myself went through it, this was the mentality i had coming into program team and outreaching to other schools. I know that there are people out there like me, who aren't from the traditional inter school, but are thirsty of knowledge and have so much potential to bring out, and this motivated me to do better. i wanted to change someone's life too, just like how you did with mine.

A lot of things happened really quick after, with me being part of the team, and then program team leader, and then group leader. But through it all, especially during my transition to being team leader, you were always there to help and guide me. I learned so much from you, whether it be about how to handle a team, or how to present myself around others and be considerate of them. It was so refreshing to know that I had someone i could rely on in LITE. I knew I was far from perfect (which i still am), but you believed in me, even when I, myself, didn't.

Now i know my letter has went on for long enough, and you have so many more heartfelt and cheesy ones to read, so I think I'll just end it on this note: Whatever crazy ideas are brewing in that big head of yours, keep it up. Because if it weren't for that, LITE wouldn't be here today, and we would have never been able to positively impact so many lives.
