While this is promising, AI is limited to what humans programme it to do. Sometimes, AI can be programmed to harm. An example of this would be  Autonomous weapons which are AI systems that are programmed to kill. If it is in the hands of someone with bad intentions, the effects can be devastating. 1) In healthcare, AI applications can provide personalized medicine and X-ray readings. They can also be personal health care assistants can act as life coaches, reminding humans to take their pills, exercise or eat healthier.
2) In the Retail, AI provides virtual shopping capabilities that offer personalized recommendations and discuss purchase options with the consumer. Stock management and site layout technologies will also be improved with AI.
3) In manufacturing, AI can analyse factory data as it streams from connected equipment to forecast expected load and demand using recurrent networks.
4) In banking, AI enhances the speed, precision and effectiveness of human efforts. In financial institutions, AI techniques can be used to identify which transactions are likely to be fraudulent, adopt fast and accurate credit scoring, as well as automate manually intense data management tasks.

Harms of AI to humans:
1) As AI is a powerful tool. If AI is in the wrong hands of a person, it can cause a lot of trouble and harm to the society.
2) As the number of people using AI has increased, AI is able to take away human’s jobs like being an accountant, cashier and etc.

However, A.I. can also bring more harm than good. Even most researches agree that a superintelligent and highly advnaced A.I. is unlikely to exhibit human emotions like love or hate, hence, there is no reason for one to expect A.I. to intentionally care for the human race. Instead, when considering how AI might become a risk, one of an example that makes A.I. so dangerous is that the A.I. is programmed to do something devastating. Autonomous weapons are artificial intelligence systems that are programmed to kill. In the hands of the wrong person, these weapons could easily cause mass casualties. Moreover, an A.I. arms race could inadvertently lead to an A.I. war that also results in mass casualties. To avoid being thwarted by the enemy, these weapons would be designed to be extremely difficult to simply “turn off,” so humans could plausibly lose control of such a situation.
