         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Belief statement:</strong> Fairness means meeting students where they are, not treating everyone the same. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Action step:</strong> I will give students multiple ways to demonstrate and evidence their learning through, for example, oral presentations, visual projects, written work, or digital/multimodal formats, so that each learner can showcase their strengths while still being held to high expectations.</p>]]></description>
