Parents now are blaming the teacher rather than blaming the student for not trying. I think this is a really bad thing for the students because they are going to grow up thinking they don't have to try and just blame others.
Also students can't learn from teachers when they think and are told by their parents that they are better than and know everything.

The thing is though that all teacher are focus on making sure that all the students are ready to take the big test at the end of the school year. So they are not mainly focusing on what the students may be struggling with or may need more time on. The photo shows that all the animals have to climb the tree as their test but all animals (students) have different obstacle and struggles to get through before they will be ready to take the test of climbing the tree or in other words taking the test at the end of the school year.

Rather than feeling discouraged, one needs to embrace failure and learn from it.

If every single person in the world experiences it, I think that we as teachers have an obligation to teach our students about failure.

I think that as teachers it is extremely important that we create a respectful and accepting classroom culture. Once students are all comfortable around each other, they will come out of their shells, and express their thoughts, ideas, and feelings. This will create an environment of encouragement to grow. Eventually, they will learn from each other and be comfortable with making mistakes and being different. If it is ignored, students will stay silent out of fear of exclusion or social rejection, losing the chance to have that encouraging bond with their classmates.
