Our market mostly focuses on the UNIMAS, the FMHS building and around Cempaka College. About 90% of the customers will be the students that live and walk around the faculty and college.

Competitive advantages:
As far as observed, there is only one of another company that provide the same services as ours. But that is not a problem but it is an advantage for us to compete healthily, to move our business forward.

Financial Projection:
Based on the stock of the gift boxes that we have, we expected to generate approximately RM400 as all the stocks sold out.

Start-up Financing Requirements:
To start up the business, a number of income needed that can be obtained by a sponsorship or our own money.

The business started as one group project based on the MPU 3222 assignments. It is handled by a total of six people in a group with different roles and tasks responsible to each of them. 

The products that we sell are divided into two versions of gift boxes. One is specialised for girls and another one is specialised for boys. As mentioned it is specialised for each specific gender, therefore the items inside the boxes are different based on the genders that are suitable to use the items. 

Our business is conducted in areas in the UNIMAS, such as the FMHS faculty, and the Cempaka college. There are approximately 90% of students as our targeted customers in the market area. 

sincerely.4u is a group-based business. It also can be called an organisational model of a business. As it is conducted by six people in a group. Each member has the responsibility to conduct and manage the business. The operating hours of the business are limited to any free hours of the members on weekdays because of the other responsibility to attend and study in the classes every day.

To deal with the customers, we encounter so many problems, yet we manage to deal with them successfully. For example, we have encountered problems focusing on what the customers desire their gifts to be like. First and foremost, I have learned how to handle and delegate tasks efficiently to all my group mates. At first, I prepared myself for the worse as I have lead a group of unmotivated and difficult people, but it turns out they were very useful and diligent! That made me let out a sigh of relief. Second, I also learned how to delegate my own busy schedule. As a medical student, it undeniable that  my schedule is extremely packed. Even so, as a leader I am responsible for the success of our business. Thus, I ended up rescheduling my study sessions and balanced it all up again to fit the business. It was tough, but I managed. I also learned how to effectively use a lot of applications and tools.
