I failed to realize just how stressful as well as both physically and mentally exhausting my job would be. That truly took a tole on my desire to work on classwork. I will take the need for proper lesson plans. I will take the need to see each child for who they are and not for what label they have or what their IEP states. I think that it really teaches the basics of what a SpEd student could be like. That was just a personal issue. I felt like I had to bounce back and forth sometimes. 
I would also highly suggest teaching about how gen ed teachers will get a lot of their info on how to help students from the SpEd teacher, and explain more that gen ed teachers aren't the ones writing IEPs, I think that is missed by a lot of students.]]> 2019-05-17 02:23:28 UTC https://padlet.com/ashlee_barrientos/je96k5oek94s/wish/361039227
