I Like this video as it talks about how many very successful people become successful. My Favorite point is the fact that you have to have passion for what you are doing so you never give up on your passion. The second best one is pushing yourself and you have to push your self to do something if you want to get better at it. He also gives a good explanation to being successful.

My recipe for success starts with a bit of luck as you need to start with an edge. The second ingredient is Hard Work as you will have to keep working to your goal and always know there is more to improve on. The third ingredient is Determination as you need to stay Motivated to to your goal so you don't give up. The fourth Ingredient is Passion as you have to love what you are doing so you don't give up. The Final Ingrident is Practice as you have to practice to get better i would say around 10,000 would be close to mastery. That is my recipe to success and that is what you will have to do to be successful.

Wayne Gretzky
I Chose Wayne Gretzky as he is the most successful hockey player ever in my opinion. I chose him as he always stayed determined and he was motivated to always get better. He always said he was never perfect and there is always more to improve on. He also did what many people qualify as successful such as breaking lots of recorders in his time in the NHL. He also was successful to me as he was always happy and he loved what he was doing. In the end he always loved what he was doing and most likely had way over 10,000 hours.
