Here are the notes I have for Horrible Histories!
Community: They would preserve heads of dead relatives (used plaster made out of lime sand & water). When chiefs died, they had a memorial and put any valuables or treasured items of the chief in their 'grave'. They also had a memorial for the chief. They did a ritual for mates, and drilled holes in peoples head when they got sick or something hurt, it's called trepanning!
P&D: Sharp & blunt stones were shared, and hunted for food together. Moss was used for toilet paper. (This could also go in networks)
Networks: Hunted animals in large groups, and for a certain period of time they coexisted with Neanderthals until the second Ice Age.

They lived in small family communities and had certain rituals when a member of the group died to preserve the body. The networks were very small and they only communicated with other groups if they encountered them somewhere, probably, and ideas were passed down generation after generation as well as rituals and customs which eventually spread outside of the communities since they were done so often and they became cultural. Simple stone tools and tools fashioned out of stone and other natural resources would be made and distributed as well as food to help the group survive.

When they buried people, they put their valuables in with them a lot like the Egyptians. They also usually hunted in small groups and they also lived in small groups in order to thrive.
Clothes made of animal skin was produced and distributed. The food that was hunted was also produced and distributed. They also made spears and sharp rocks for many things.
They would hunt in large groups together which created networks between families and groups of hunters. But, they also had weddings were people came together to celebrate.

Cavemen lived in extended family communities (kind of like wolves). When a member of the group died, they would skin it, take out the brain, and fill the skull with plaster to make it look like the dead relative. To mate they could crawl on the floor until they found someone. They would be their new mate. The networks were very small and they only communicated with other groups if they encountered them. For tools they would use both sharp and blunt stones made out of random stones and sticks.
