Their worship happens in a synagogue. They have a holy day named the Shabbat and they celebrate it form Friday at sunset until Saturday night every week of the year. The Shabbat is the Jewish day of rest, which is celebrated as a day of rest because Jews believe that God worked for six days and rested on the seventh. They have a supreme council instead of one single leader. They celebrate Hanukah instead of Christmas.

Jerusalem is the spiritual center of Jews, it was established in about 1812 BC in the middle east. A Siddur is a Jewish prayer book. The Jewish religion is  Monotheistic. Jews pray at least 3 times a day and worship in a Synagogue or a temple. They believe in the Torah which a book of laws they follow. There is one god that they believe is eternal. Their god makes sure that all people are created equal and are respected.

Rosh Hashanna- Jewish New Year festival.
Shabbat- The holy day of the week. Known as the Sabbath day.
