         <description><![CDATA[<div>Is a rare medical condition which affects the nervous system mainly the spinal cord causing the muscles and reflexes in the body to become weak; thus, limiting an individual's ability to perform daily tasks.  <br><strong>Facts about AFM </strong></div><ul><li>is associated with having a prior viral infection due to which the CFC (Center for Disease Control &amp; Prevention) has classified it under the division of viral diseases.</li><li>AFM can occur in both adult and children but it 90% of all the cases are children. </li><li>There is no vaccine to prevent AFM and no specific way shave been found yet to prevent its onset. </li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>AMF is thought to be caused by viruses such as <strong><em>enterovirus</em></strong> or other viruses including coxsackievirus. Usually the individual is already suffering from a viral infection which then develops into AFM.          <description><![CDATA[<div>There is no way to prevent the disease as the cause is unknown but parents should keep a close eye on their children's movements or complaints about muscle weakness.There is no specific treatment for AFM at this time and treatment is given by neurologist based on each individual case. Previous treatments on individuals who have suffered includes antiviral therapy, corticosteroids etc. </div>]]></description>
