Activity 1: Good Leader and Bad Leader:

Good Leader:
Senior Editor and Team Leader in S.B. Web Tech.

1. Ubiquity: She was omnipresent and made her presence felt in the team. She made sure, she was around when problem rose and solve it in root level.
2. Organise meeting: She believed in sound communications and organised meeting to incorporate our ideas in the strategy. She also pitched her suggestions and ideas to improve our performance.
3. Constructive Criticism: She believed that criticism is part of learning and made sure that we were aware of our errors and shortcomings. Overall, she improved our level of performance and uplifted our standard.
4. Task distribution: She believed in development and came up with an idea to train us in every department of creative writing and research.

Bad leader:
Senior Content Developer, S.B. Web Tech.

1. Enforcing Ideas: He was never open for discussions and rather than incorporating our ideas, he would enforce and manipulate us to work on his rigid ideas.
2. Destructive Criticism: Criticism can be a learning curve but it can also be misleading and discouraging. He often used derogatory words to describe our errors. Rather than suggestions, he would throw insults making us demoralised.
3. Mismanagement: He was sub-par in managing workload and often caused disruptions in the work flow. Rather than fluid structure, he developed an inflexible format taking innovation and creative ideas out of the equation.

Best Leader: High School Maths teacher
1. Constantly pushed me to put in as much effort as possible whilst reminding me of my capabilities.
2. Provided support not only relating to the content being taught within the class. If he could see that i was not in the best mind frame/mood at the time, he would talk briefly to me about it but reminding me that i shouldn't let it get in the way of my learning.
3. Made the learning environment extremely positive and motivating so that there were no 'slackers' in the class and catered to most styles of learning.
Worst: Old dance teacher
1. Had her own way of teaching that she never bothered to alter to cater for other styles of learning.
2. Never pushed me or inspired me to work harder or be better.
3. Was emotionally unavailable in times of disappointment. Only cared for the result
