Right here is how I press my plant as my set up. I use about one heavy sketchbook with 2 other books below for the weight. Carboard is touching the floor while the other is below the books. Some Foam paper is there so that way it helps the gentle pressure ensuring the plants are pressed with no mistakes or crushed out that improves the retention's color facilitating quick drying and acting as a cushion meanwhile it prevents mold especially for moisture-heavy plants.

This is what I use to press my plants and flowers. My husband made me this a little while back out of some poplar wood, with four bolts running through 6 planks. I layer the plants between two pieces of paper and tighten it down in increments; retighten it every 2-3 hours to make sure it stays tight whilst drying.

The fava bean is one of the world's oldest crops which dated back to 10,000 B.C and is favored by many for its ability to fix nitrogen in the soil and its high concentration of L-dopa which is used to make medicine for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. And it is also one of the plants that has the highest amount of protein and nutrients. It is also used to make many dishes like Ful medames.

The setup i used for pressing my plants was two boxes of flooring that weigh about 50 pounds each and i set those up on the ground and i would step on them whenever i would walk in that room.

The lacebark elm is able to peel away to reveal red, green, yellow, and a variety of colors. The leaves change also which make the whole tree stand out. The lacebark elm is native to Japan, Korea, and China. The branches even though they are flexible can snap under certain weather conditions like heavy wind.
