         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Preparation: The who, what, when, and where before the negotiation takes place<br>2. Discussion: "During this stage, individuals or members of each side put forward the case as they see it" (8).<br>3. Clarification of Goals: Goals, interests, and viewpoints are clarified. It is helpful to list these in order of priority<br>4. Negotiate Towards a Win-Win Outcome: Both sides get something positive and, "Compromises are often positive alternatives which can often achieve greater benefit for all concerned compared to holding to the original positions" (9).<br>5. Agreement: After the viewpoints and interests have been considered.&nbsp; Everyone must keep and open mind<br>6. Implementation of Course of Action: You need to carry out the decision</div>]]></description>
