Reflection Strategies by

Reflection is a meaning making process that moves a learner from one experience into the next with deeper understanding of its relationships with and its connections to other experiences and ideas.
Reflection is a systematic, rigorous way of thinking, with its roots in scientific inquiry.
Reflection needs to happen in community, in interaction with others
Reflection requires attitudes that value the personal and intellectual growth of oneself and others. Try some of these reflections strategies to make it visible, sustainable and more than just an add-on.

Only post comments, not final marks, on MB. Have students read comments, reread rubrics and give themselves a mark. They also need to justify why they think they deserve this mark. This can be done with a google form and/or combined with putting the information as a formative/summative blog post. When this is done, add the marks and have students judge their predictions with the results.
Here is an example (at the end of Section 1 of the form): https://docs.google.com/a/ispp.edu.kh/forms/d/1BnUDXWKToPRG9WpVbwlJ3aKJxdPlRsdr6jC5CNkmpB8/edit
