I am going to be a sophomore at the University of Arkansas this coming Fall 2024! Im majoring in Elementary Education and I couldn't be more excited! I have enjoyed every bit of my first year here on campus, and have loved all of the classes I have taken so far! Im so excited to start my sophomore year and even more excited to learn a little more about my major that I am so dedicated about!

My Principle who inspired me to become a teacher!

Ever since I entered the doors on the first day of school my kindergarten year I knew this is what I wanted to do when I was older. Mr Gilbert who was my Elementary School principle and ended up being the principle at my High School as well is the one who really saw it in me! I was always the kid who wanted to help the teacher with everything and I always wanted to teach lessons when I could. Mr. Gilbert pushed me to follow my love for teaching. Throughout my Elementary and High School years he continued to inspire me to be a teacher.

For anyone who doesn't know me very well I am obsessed with taking photos! Mt. Sequoyah is probably one of my favorite places not to only go and relax and watch the sunset with friends but it is also one of my favorite places to photograph. I have always loved taking photos of nature and all the cool things I run across. My mom used to be a very big photographer so I always would go with her to shoots and watch her take photos. Growing up around my mom and her passion of photography is what really made me start loving photography as well.
