Just like most stories, mine started with something you likely can relate to. After going to the doctor, they told me I needed to lose weight & eat better, If only it was that easy, right?!

I did what the doctor said, continued in my active lifestyle. I started going to the gym every single day, and would never miss a day. I would spend a 30 minutes on them, and burn off EVERY calorie I ate that day.

I tracked every single thing I ate. I started to lose weight.
There is no one sizes fits all solution for everyone. I need to balance my hormones.

Feel sooo grateful surrounded by cool and insightful people in room 6 wohoo! Key takeaways I got from our discussion are :

Health is a thing that we often take for granted. So once we realize how important it is, we need to take care of it so that our future self will thank us for

It can cost free to maintain our health, as simply as walking or running, it's beneficial not only for our body but mind as well

Watch your food. We are what we eat. Eventho it's hard to say no to indomie and gorengan, but still, we need to have self control in order to manage our health condition.

Thanks for sharing everyone <3

I had a lot of fun talking with the others in the room 3, it was unexpected when mbak Farisha mentioned about a ghost story, and feeling the entities out there wkwkkwk

There are many takeaways I got in this session, like how the food we eat can impact our skin from mbak Albi, and how building a habit of eating healthy food can be inherited from her mother, something that I hardly seen these days

I got the insight from mas Gilang the Indomie lover wkwkkw, I could understand the power of Indomie is sometime irresistible wkwkkw, but like everything instant, it's not good if we take it too many times,

I also got to learn an interesting insight about the arousal level theory from mbak Jihan, that every person actually have, and how it affect our sense of alertness and consciousness.

it was a really insightful session, thank you everyone
