To be honest I dont enjoy my todays life anymore,I become obese thanks to this pandemic I'm unable to perform physical activities and attend my daily trainings,I am now facing my addiction in playing mobile games and my laziness takes over me,I hate this new version of me,I wish I can see my old self again,my old self who just thinks about improving in my sports my old self who always smiles with my classmates my old competitive self my old proud self.

I don't enjoy my todays life anymore, Ive become the person i dont want to, i feel so low to the point i don't want to get out of my room and do some socializing, because of this pandemic i struggled a lot of things just to make it thru and I'm trying to fight my loneliness, i hate this new version of me, i wish i can see my 5 year old version having a perfect dinner with the family who always smiles, i miss the kid version of me the proud and enjoys life..

Honestly, I don't like the life I'm facing now, and that's because of this pandemic that until now hasn't changed, it's a pity the two years that instead of enjoying our precious classmate friends before going to college, and it happen that's because of the virus that continues to spread in this world, and that's not the only reason why I don't like what's happening now, but also to others who have lost family members because of covid19, who have suffered even more due to unemployment due to lockdown, not like when we used to go out of the house freely without thinking of harm, and honestly there is really more to learn when face to face class or no covid before compared to now, but we can do nothing but face this challenge, very affecting it is for me especially with other people but despite this challenge, the Lord is always there to guide us in our every move.

Control beliefs determine whether objectives and tasks are pursued for reasons external to the psychic self or to satisfy the core self's underlying psychological desires. People who have an external focus believe that they have no direct control over their fate. As a result of diminished control beliefs, people attribute life events and accomplishments to fate, luck, or situations they cannot or will not control, such as when a person believes they are caught in a frustrating dilemma due to terrible circumstances.Individuals like me with an external perspective are more likely to resist taking on new challenges and setting stretch objectives, opting instead for the status quo. People who have strong control beliefs, on the other hand, feel in command of their perceptions. They feel they have control over their careers, social lives, and lifestyle. The truth that people will always have a different or contradicting view about any matter. That the world is highly complex, with many mysteries on every part, even in the ground below. That the world is constantly changing, growing, evolving and adapting. May it be the arts, sciences and many more. And that we, the human race possess goodness and love in ourselves. The ability to create order and peace but at the same time tip the balance in favor of cataclysm. The truth that we can be a catalyst of great change, that we can bring prosperity. Or destruction.

My weakness is fear of rejection most people want to belong and connect with others, especially people they care about. Feeling rejected by those people and believing you aren’t wanted whether it’s for a job, dating, or friendship isn’t a pleasant experience. But fearing rejection can hold you back from taking risks and reaching for big goals. Remind yourself of your worth. Building up self-confidence and self-worth can help you remember that you’re entirely worthy of love, leading you to feel less afraid of continuing your search for it. Face your fear sure, if you don’t put yourself out there, you won’t experience rejection. But you probably won’t achieve your goals either. Going for what you want gives you the chance to experience success. You might experience rejection but then again, you might not. My limitations is lack of knowledge keeps people in perpetual bondage and once we are knowledgeable about the deceptions and the wiles of the devil, we will recover everything he’s stolen from us. No matter what limitation we are currently facing in our lives, we can turn things around and create a great change in our lives. We must understand that the limitations we tend to experience in our lives stems from the devil taking control of our minds. The mind is the battleground of the demonic forces and they tend to limit one’s life through evil and negative suggestions. Truth is the way things really are. For some of us, truth is just individual's preferences and perceptions and for some it's a self expression. Hence, even truth is subjective. According to me, the truth of life is one phenomena that is bound to happen in everyone's life.No matter, how much we try but we haven't discovered anything to prevent one thing in our life. Death is the final truth of life.Remember what is born will die one day, No one is immortal, every person will taste death one day.This is the darkest and saddest truth/reality of life, You can't run from it.We are born to die. Nothing in this world is constant and we never know what are we waking up to tomorrow morning. Every living being on this planet has to die one day. Each day, we slog for hours to live, to compete, to accumulate without realizing that I can be away from all these things in just one moment. We cannot avoid, prevent or control death. Therefore, everything comes to an end.

Whatever others may say, I feel Whatever others may say, I feel you should keep doing you and moving forward. We, along with my siblings, have suffered greatly as a result of today's events. We get a lot of haters since we own Sario's, bentelog house in Polangui. Many of them are skeptical, saying things like "di nyo kaya yan" and "sa una lang yan papatok" yet look where we are today. We're overjoyed that we'll be able to launch another branch shortly. They have a lot to say when you're doing well, and they have a lot to say when you're doing poorly, as I've stated; all you have to do is focus on what actually counts.

The fear to express my ideology is what make me an introvert in society. My thinking relates the possibilities of brain waves and virtual brain, which are the factors always criticized, forcing me to lie down without expressing myself. For me “Living my Truth” has always been a nightmare, as my way of thingking is not accepted by most people. I live in a world , where I suppress my Ideas, fake my Smile and Follow what the society offers. Different Emotions have different actions and can change a person drastically.

I was not that good at studying, I have a part time job so I have a hard time passing the activities that need to handed in on time. I was afraid I would disappoint my parents and the people who believed in me. I’m Afraid to Trust, I’m afraid to show who I really Am.
