         <description><![CDATA[<div>digestion is a process of breaking food down. when we eat LOM (fat, protein, carbohydrates etc.) we chew it while our saliva is already working on breaking it down. Then our body breaks it down into SOM(glucose, amino acids, fatty acids and glycerol) AND when it breaks them down, bonds are breaking (C-C adn C-H) which give off energy that we use. Our bloodstream then transports the SOM's to our cells. We "get rid" of the extra molecules we dont need through feces, water vapor, pee etc. </div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

C-C and C-H bonds are high in energy so when our boday breaks them the energy has to go somewhere, so it transforms into motion/heat energy. (aerobic) when oxygen is needed, when the bloodstream transports everything where it needs to go.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></div>]]></description>
