         <description><![CDATA[<p>CTLs- to be informed in plenty of time when they will be required for deep dives. This ensures cover can be put into place. It would also mean it will not impact on activities planned for that time. </p><p><br/></p><p>Asking for the everyday support during that week. Such as the Director or another CTL sorting cover and some of the day to day interruptions that come up. </p><p><br/></p><p>Only one CTL from each DDC to be included in the deep dive to ensure there is still adequate cover for the rest of the area. </p><p><br/></p><p>More than one CTL to be included in the deep dive where possible. This can ensure equal division of work and all elements can be effectively covered throughout the week </p>]]></description>
