Timeliness - how can we make judgements where we can't draw all the threads together quickly enough? For example - if there's an issue in Y1 of a provision, but they're only in Mon/Tues - How are you going to get an extra pair of eyes?

Shared space to keep all files, and notes (a bit Ofsted's platform that they went back to)

'Lead inspector' (quality lead)

Be honest about things during the process (easier to explain)

Judgement statements throughout rather than at the end (validate after day 1 for example) - statements are prepared for feedback if someone is teaching for example

As a team we will need to make sure we have access to the online resources- such as Canvas. So we are not using time opening these resources

Planning of deep dive timetables

CTLs- to be informed in plenty of time when they will be required for deep dives. This ensures cover can be put into place. It would also mean it will not impact on activities planned for that time.

Asking for the everyday support during that week. Such as the Director or another CTL sorting cover and some of the day to day interruptions that come up.

Only one CTL from each DDC to be included in the deep dive to ensure there is still adequate cover for the rest of the area.

More than one CTL to be included in the deep dive where possible. This can ensure equal division of work and all elements can be effectively covered throughout the week
